Long time no see

Weeks in Cakes 9/13

Yes, it's that time again, time for cakes! It's actually been getting busy again, so I might be going back to once a week soon. I was able to do some pretty fun stuff in the last 2 weeks, including the display cake and cupcakes for the month.

I'll be honest, I'm rarely happy with my portraits, I always feel like they could look better

That's Everth Cabrera of the San Diego Padres with a portrait of him I decorated. While I am a dodgers fan, I still think this is pretty cool.

Week(s) in cakes 8/31

I know this may disappoint all 5 people that read this, but I'm switching to every other week for right now. Work hasn't been as busy, but my social life has, so it's lead to a bit of procrastinating. Once things pick back up at work, I'll be back to posting once a week.

Also some good news for those who haven't heard, I had my first cake on a magazine cover. It's just a small local magazine, and not a very fancy cake, but it's still really cool.

That being said, here are my cakes from the last 2 weeks.

Little known fact, this is the 3rd president I've done on a cake. The other 2? Lincoln and Obama
